Sink the registry calls after every successful set so consumers can react to typed-option changes through the §5.10 event bus. Stored as a Box<dyn Fn> so lattice-config doesn’t depend on lattice-runtime’s EventBus directly – the App wires event_bus.publish(event) as the closure body at boot.

The publisher is invoked synchronously from the same thread that drove the set; downstream subscribers should not assume any particular thread context.
