exact alias (the ServiceRegistry Arc/TypeId convention).
Copy-on-write RCU: reads are wait-free .load() snapshots taken
once per :help invocation, writes happen only on plugin load and
unload. A plugin registering mid-lookup affects the next lookup,
never half of this one.
