Borrow the full vim default keymap. Lazily initialised on first
call (the entries embed SourceLocations which carry PathBufs
and therefore can’t live in a static).
Order matters: chords that share a prefix (g vs gg) appear
adjacent so a reader scanning the table sees the prefix
relationship. The drift test in input.rs and :keymap’s render
both walk this slice in declaration order.
