MG.41c: resolve @{upstream} into the remote branch pair a push
destination needs.
git push has no @{upstream} spelling, so magit computes it and
so must this. Returns None when the branch has no upstream — the
caller reports that rather than pushing somewhere unintended, which
is the whole risk this row carries.
