Unlike BufferStoreHandle, this alias is not the registration key: the host registers PendingSyntheticHighlights itself, and ServiceRegistry::get::<PendingSyntheticHighlights>() yields this Arc. A get::<PendingSyntheticHighlightsHandle>() returns None against the production registration.
