Module input 

Crossterm → KeyChord adapter shim for the host-side dispatch.

Phase 5.4 / slice 5 moved the renderer-neutral dispatch logic (TranslateContext, translate, every per-mode translator) into lattice_host::input. This module now contains only:

• A re-export of TranslateContext so the runtime / tests keep their crate::input::TranslateContext path working.
• A thin translate(ctx, event: KeyEvent) -> Action that converts the crossterm event into a canonical [KeyChord] via crate::chord::from_event and forwards to lattice_host::input::translate. Events that have no chord representation (release events on terminals that emit them, modifier-only presses) return Action::None.

The future lattice-ui-gpui ships its own analogous shim over GPUI key events feeding the same host-side dispatch.
