Parse a user-typed color name into a ratatui [Color].
Phase 5.3: delegates to lattice_host::ui::theme::parse_color
(the canonical parser) and converts the host host_theme::Color
into a ratatui [Color]. The validation surface (accepted
names, error format) stays identical so :set ui.*_color=...
behaves the same. Hex colors arrive post-1.0 (depends on a
terminal-true-color check).
