Struct VirtualRowVersion 

pub struct VirtualRowVersion(pub u64);

A monotonically-increasing counter; bumped by the publisher whenever the VirtualRowMatrix is replaced.

Consumers compare versions across frames to invalidate caches. A single u64 is sufficient because virtual rows have only one source of change (provider mutation); unlike crate::MatrixVersion, they don’t need multiple axes.
