Cached rendered virtual rows. Refreshed off the worker thread by DiffOverlayRefreshTask (D.3.b) so DiffOverlayVirtualRowProvider::collect returns without blocking the virtual-rows worker.

pub so DiffOverlayRefreshTask::spawn and DiffOverlayVirtualRowProvider::cache_handle can carry the type through their signatures. Construction is internal (use Default::default).
