Byte offsets into the line, not the buffer — the host adds the row.

Fields

start: usize

Start of the whitespace run being replaced by the newline.

end: usize

End of that run — the first byte of the word moving down.

replacement: String

Text to splice in: a newline plus the continuation prefix.
