pub struct FileTreeEntries(pub Vec<FileTreeEntry>);Expand description
Flat tree-of-entries backing the file-tree buffer.
Each entry carries its depth + expansion state. The rendered
rope is derived from this list – App-side toggle handlers
mutate the entries through the
[crate::toggle_entries_at] helper and re-write this local
- the buffer’s rope as one update.

Source§impl BufferLocal for FileTreeEntries
impl BufferLocal for FileTreeEntries
Source§const NAME: &'static str = "file-tree-mode.entries"
const NAME: &'static str = "file-tree-mode.entries"
Public display name (
:describe-buffer row label,
debug logs). Convention: <owner-mode-name>.<key>,
e.g. "file-tree.entries". Not a registry key — locals
aren’t registered globally; the name is metadata for
inspection.Source§const DOC: &'static str = "Flat list of tree entries (directories + files), each \
carrying its depth + expansion state. The file-tree \
renderer iterates this in order; the rope content is \
derived from it."
const DOC: &'static str = "Flat list of tree entries (directories + files), each \ carrying its depth + expansion state. The file-tree \ renderer iterates this in order; the rope content is \ derived from it."
Doc string. Shown in
:describe-buffer when the user
expands a local for detail.Source§const OWNER_MODE: &'static str = "file-tree-mode"
const OWNER_MODE: &'static str = "file-tree-mode"
Mode id that owns this local. Attribution metadata for
:describe-buffer; the write-time check the design calls for
(a ModeContext::set_local::<T> that rejects a non-owner) is not
implemented, so nothing enforces it today (see the module docs).Source§impl Clone for FileTreeEntries
