pub struct DocumentLastSyncedSyntaxVersion(pub u64);Expand description
Document version that was the baseline for the last syntax-
worker request fired for this buffer. Sent as from_version
on each request so the worker can verify edits apply to the
expected tree baseline before running the incremental
tree.edit(). Independent of last_parsed_text_version
because the worker may still be in flight when the next
request fires.

impl BufferLocal for DocumentLastSyncedSyntaxVersion
Source§const NAME: &'static str = "text-mode.last-synced-syntax-version"
const NAME: &'static str = "text-mode.last-synced-syntax-version"
Public display name (
:describe-buffer row label,
debug logs). Convention: <owner-mode-name>.<key>,
e.g. "file-tree.entries". Not a registry key — locals
aren’t registered globally; the name is metadata for
inspection.Source§const DOC: &'static str = "Document version baseline most recently sent to the syntax \
worker. Worker uses it as `from_version` to verify edits \
apply against the expected tree before running tree.edit()."
const DOC: &'static str = "Document version baseline most recently sent to the syntax \ worker. Worker uses it as `from_version` to verify edits \ apply against the expected tree before running tree.edit()."
Doc string. Shown in
:describe-buffer when the user
expands a local for detail.Source§const OWNER_MODE: &'static str = "text-mode"
const OWNER_MODE: &'static str = "text-mode"
Mode id that owns this local. Attribution metadata for
:describe-buffer; the write-time check the design calls for
(a ModeContext::set_local::<T> that rejects a non-owner) is not
implemented, so nothing enforces it today (see the module docs).Source§impl Clone for DocumentLastSyncedSyntaxVersion
