Ordered as the plugins were visited, which is name order — the same order :plugins lists them in, so a report can be read against the view.

Names only the non-zero parts, so the common all-succeeded run says 3 updated rather than 3 updated, 0 skipped, 0 failed — a count of zero is noise that makes the counts that matter harder to find.
